Under-13A CSL at Ballyadam

From the very start of the game, Carrigtwohill United put pressure on the Riverstown and these efforts paid off with 2 very good goals from Gary Og Horgan and Callum O Byrne, both set up by Jerry O Donovan which put them into a 2-1 lead at half time.
Captain and goal keeper Noel O’Donovan made some great saves early in the second half against the sun. A solid defensive performance helped Carrigtwohill push on and score some very good team goals. Jake O’Sullivan and Evan Foley were creative in midfield giving Callum O’Byrne, Tunde Kareem and Zack Green the opportunity to put more goals on the scoreboard.
A well-deserved Player of the Match award goes to Zack Green who was outstanding as centre back, leading and pushing back Riverstown at every effort. He even got a great goal from a corner.
A great start to Under-13 for the squad and proud coaches.
