Carrigtwohill United Under-12A played a local derby when they faced Glounthaune United at Ballyadam this Sunday lunchtime. The home side started brightly and took the lead through Karol with a well taken goal. The visitors fought back and replied with 2 goals of their own in what was a very competitive 1st half.
In the 2nd half Glounthaune just about shaded possession and created enough chances to score a further 2 goals. Josh scored a second goal direct from a corner to spur on the home side and they had a few chances late on to add to their tally but it just wasn’t to be. Best for Carrigtwohill were Jamie, Roger and Karol. Well done to all players.🙂⚽️
