League v Passage in Ballyadam Park on Sunday 11th September 2016
Carrigtwohill United 2 Passage 2
Scorers –
Adam Rooney, Keelan O’Brien

Carrig started well playing with the wind in the first half. An excellent Adam Rooney goal proved the difference at half time but it was a half where Carrig did not take full advantage on their better play.

Passage started the second half well but a well worked Carrig goal from Keelan O Brien saw us take a 2-0 lead.

Passage scored shortly afterwards followed by a equaliser midway through the half. Carrig were on top towards the end of the game and Mark O Connor was very unlucky not to snatch a winner.

Liam Moore was excellent at right back, Adam Rooney was very good in midfield and Oisin Lynch was very strong at centre back.

Good draw-.well done lads.

Away to St Mary’s next week in National cup.

Player of the Match – Oisin Lynch
