After the original fixture was postponed due to an unplayable pitch Carrigtwohill United U12s welcomed Rathcormac to Ballyadam on Sunday October 8th in the last 64 of the U12 National Cup Cork Area.
On a perfectly calm morning for it the work the lads have put in on the training pitch over the last couple of months paid off. They defended resolutly playing some quick paced attacking football against a spirited Rathcormac side.
Scorers on the day were Luke O’Regan O’Connor (4), Darragh Sullivan (3) while Eoin Coughlan, Kai Holland & Zayd Hazimah all chipped in with a goal a piece.
