Carrigtwohill United V Ballincollig
Ballyadam Park – 1st September 2019
This Sunday morning Carrigtwohill United u10s played host to Ballincollig in their opening fixture of the 2019/20 campaign at Ballyadam Park.
This is an important season for this squad as they step up to 7v7 format playing on a larger size pitch and using the 1-2-3-1 formation. The lads acquitted themselves very well against testing opponents and played some lovely football with some excellent passing phases and deadly finishing. All 17 players got ample game time and will be rotated from week to week to ensure this continues right across a very large squad. A word of thanks to the visitors whose coaches, players and parents played a big part in making a very enjoyable morning of football.
