Carrigtwohill V Corinthians
On a beautiful Saturday morning, Carrigtwohill hosted Corinthians in the latest round of league games. The weather and the pitch in Ballyadam were perfect for the early kick off and both sides were eager to perform.
The games were played in a fantastic spirit, competitive but very fair. In all four games, the football was fantastic. The games were very close but the passing football our boys displayed was a credit to them. One goal in particular, was the result of a superb team effort and was the highlight of a great team performance. They have worked so hard all year in training and are reaping the rewards of their hard work now.
All in all, a great day out aided by Corinthians whose likeminded approach resulted in everyone enjoying their football. Well done lads.
