Carrigtwohill Under-13A had their first win of this season at home to Riverstown B on Sunday last. They started really well with some great passing and were well on top throughout the game.
It was 1-1 at the half time interval but during the second half they were put under pressure by the opposition. Carrigtwohill held their ground and soon took the lead after finally getting out of their own half.
They kept putting pressure on for the remainder of the game, scoring their third goal towards the end to take a well deserved 3 points, which has them now sitting mid table.
Well done to all today for a great effort.
