Challenge v Midleton in Midleton on Saturday 12th November 2016
The U9’s traveled the short distance to Midleton on Sat Nov 12th for what was a great afternoons football. Almost the whole squad traveled and the boys played 8, 6-a-side games in total.
It was a great run out for the lads, with everyone getting plenty of game time to experience different positions and roles in the team. There was great goals, saves and action, a real awareness of the team coming through. Again it was a fantastic display by the boys. They are really starting to enjoy and express themselves on the pitch which is a joy to watch, there was even a “dab” or two thrown in!!
The spirit and determination they play with is a credit to them and there’s a real bond growing amongst the whole squad of players. Well done boys……Carrig Abu.
